Investment title: Comprehensive digitalization and automation of business processes in the company BZK d.o.o.

The investment was selected for co-financing in a public tender to promote the digital transformation of companies. The project amounts to €367,806.73, of which €267,806.73 is own funds and €100,000.00 is a grant.

Main purpose/goal of the investment:
The investment includes a comprehensive digital transformation of the company BZK d.o.o., based on production automation, the introduction of a modern ERP and MES system, digital support for process management and the establishment of an efficient and secure information infrastructure.
The implemented measures will enable greater automation and optimization of processes, improve traceability, accelerate the flow of information, increase responsiveness and ensure higher energy and operational efficiency. Digital transformation will enable the company to operate more flexibly, competitively and more resiliently.

The investment objectives are: increasing efficiency, greater traceability of processes, automation of key business and production processes, improving digital competences of employees, strengthening information and cyber security and increasing the competitiveness of the company.

The operation is partly financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and the budget of the Republic of Slovenia.
